We are committed to ensuring any details you give are protected and the General Data Protection Regulation is complied with. If you are asked to provide information by which you can be identified, then be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time, so please check this page every once in a while to ensure you are happy with any changes.
Information:
- Contact information including first name, surname and email address
- When purchasing something from us: information in relation to your purchase and contact details for shipping such as your address
- Information you give us for example in person at our events and art fairs, by filling in forms on our site, such as the contact us section or to sign up to our mailing list, or by corresponding with us by phone or e-mail
- Information related to your attendance at gallery events and art fairs
- When browsing our website: your IP address, your browser type and language

- To send you mailings with information that might be of interest

- To perform contracts we have with you
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, for example, under the terms of the anti-money laundering regulation effective from 10 January 2020 we are required to keep a record of any Customer Due Diligence information we obtain on customers for a period of five years from the completion date of the transaction

- We will not transfer information about you outside the European Economic Area without suitable safeguards put in place by our IT provider

- If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email write@projectnativeinformant.com as soon as possible and we will promptly update any information found to be incorrect
